The integration of AI into our educational systems, while beneficial, comes with its own set of challenges:

  1. Content Overload – The risk of content saturation leading to fatigue and demotivation.
  2. The Risk of Complacency – The potential for AI to encourage a lack of critical thinking, a skill that is increasingly important in our age of rapid information dissemination.
  3. Algorithmic Bias & Misinformation – The possibility of bias and misinformation if the AI algorithms are not trained on representative data.
  4. Data Privacy & Security – The concerns surrounding data privacy and security as AI systems collect and analyse large amounts of data, including sensitive information.
  5. Human Interaction – The understanding that while AI can provide personalised feedback, it cannot replace the social and emotional learning that comes with human interaction.


We recognise these challenges and are committed to actively addressing them to ensure the ethical use of AI in our work.

Ethical Use of AI Disclosure: We believe in full transparency in our use of AI. During development, we utilise AI-powered tools to boost efficiency and foster creativity. This includes generating content suggestions, assisting with text editing, and creating images. Our commitment to ethical AI usage involves meticulous prompt engineering to minimise bias and amplify minority voices. Human judgment remains central, with a dedicated professional thoroughly reviewing and editing all AI output to ensure it meets high standards of quality, integrity, and absence of bias. Additionally, we maintain and make available our chat logs for review, with no requirement for justification.

  3. Archive all Prompt information: We will keep all information around the prompt used and the resulting AI response for any future audit of our work ensuring transparency and accountability in our AI practices.
  4. Avoid Contentious Areas: We will steer clear of contentious areas in AI, focusing on its positive and beneficial applications.
  5. Fair and Transparent Treatment of Talent: We will ensure that all individuals involved in our work are treated fairly and transparently.
  6. Improve Public Awareness: We will work towards improving public awareness about the ethical implications of AI and our commitment to addressing them.
  7. Unbiased Datasets: We will ensure that our datasets are unbiased and representative of the diverse student population we serve.
  8. Respect Copyright: We will respect copyright laws and ensure that all our practices are legally compliant. We will also request the material used by AI to develop the response and will Cite these original sources as we would any other author used in our work.
  9. Cooperate with Regulators: We will cooperate fully with regulators and work towards the establishment of clear industry guidelines for the ethical use of AI.
